Once we convert your movies or pictures into digital files, we can transfer them onto on a Thumb Drive and or DVDs. Both formats protect your movies and photos from the physical elements and natural decay.

We always recommend doing a thumb drive, even if you are also doing DVDs. Thumb drives also allow you to transfer your movies and photos to additional backups like your computer or cloud storage account.

Getting your Tapes, Film, and Photos to us:

Call, email, or use our contact form on the front page to set up a time to drop off your items at our Southfield location. A final quote is given before starting work.

We digitize your films and photos within 3 weeks. You pay online and then pick up your digitized items.

Do you label our movies?

Yes! Not many competitors do this!

What if some tapes are blank or only have a few minutes of footage?

We reduce fees 100% for blank or completely damaged tapes. We reduce fees 50-75% for tapes under 5 minutes and film reels under 1 minute.

Do you do enhancements?

Yes! Every film is white balanced (reduces yellow tint).

If there is audio, we apply a filter to gently reduce the fuzz that comes with older films - without damaging the original audio.

Our scanners remove dust and debris from prints and slides.

Do you do edits?

Yes, but additional fees may apply.
